Sankara Multispecialty Hospital

The Hospital was setup in 2009 with the objective of providing relief and succour to the needy population in and around Kanchipuram. The Hospital has been extending emergency care for cardiac patients and dialysis facilities for patients with kidney disorders. The Hospital has been a sought after destination for emergency care as it has the necessary wherewithal in the form of Doctors and equipment to handle critical care. The Hospital was functioning in a make shift facility which was originally built as a student’s hostel at a location close to Sri Kamakshi Temple in Kanchipuram. A new 101 bed hospital at Enathur was inaugurated on 30th September 2019 by Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu Shri Banwarilal Purohit . The Hospital was built with the CSR support of M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd to conform to NABH standards and having infrastructure and equipment suitable to provide Outpatient and In-Patient services across all specialties.
